Account Deletion Request for Mr Best – مستر بيست

If you have an account in the Mr Best – مستر بيست app and would like to delete your account and associated personal data, you can submit a deletion request using one of the following methods:
- Open the Mr Best – مستر بيست app.
- Go to Profile or Account Settings.
- Choose Delete Account, if available.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email to:
support@sudo-gate.com
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered phone number or email address
- Your full name, if available
- A clear request to delete your Mr Best account
After receiving your request, we will verify your ownership of the account and delete your account and associated personal data.
Data that will be deleted:
- Account profile information
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address, if provided
- Saved addresses
- Order history linked to the account
- App activity linked to the account
Data that may be retained:
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security purposes.
Retention period:
Deletion requests are usually processed within 30 days. Some transaction or order records may be retained for up to 180 days if required for legitimate business, legal, or security reasons.
